TDI is a Veteran Owned small business that brings decades of experience managing the U.S. Department of Defense system. Having spent years on both sides of the fence (as an Army Acquisition Corps officer and as a defense industry executive), TDI can help translate the language the Federal Government uses, and the processes/mechanisms by which the Government lays out its requirements, solicits and evaluates offers from industry, selects winners (and losers), and then manages the contracts it uses. There are three things that must be in place in order to have a business relationship with the Department of Defense: they must have a REQUIREMENT. You must have a SOLUTION (that satisfies that requirement), and they must have FUNDING. If any of these three are not present, it is not possible to do business with the DoD.
